Honor 7C with dual back cameras goes official in China

As scheduled, Today Huawei has debut its new budget smartphone in Honor series and named as Honor 7C. They’ve unveiled this entry-level handset in China through a live streaming event. Huawei has also revealed the pricing and release date of this device. From March 13 (i.e. tomorrow) the Honor 7c will go for sale in China via major retailers like Tmall, JD.com and Suning.com.


As expected, the Honor 7C arrives in two variants – 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB. The launch price of 3GB + 32GB version is 899 yuan (Rs. 9,230) and 4GB + 64GB model is 1299 yuan (Rs. 13,340). The available color options are black, blue, gold and red.

Honor 7C Full Specs:

The honor 7c features 5.99-inch FullView display (18:9 ratio) with HD+ screen resolution. It will launch with Android 8.0 Oreo as default and uses EMUI 8.0 custom interface. Unlike other Honor series, this handset will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset and 1.8 GHz octa core processor. The memory options are 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage.

Another important thing is this handset has dedicated slot for microSD card, instead of regular hybrid sim slots. At back it houses 13MP +2MP dual camera lens with PDAF focus and also has 8MP front facing single camera for selfies. Other preloaded features are fingerprint, face unlock, Wifi, bluetooth 4.2, 4G LTE (Cat 4 speed), GPS and more. It packed with 3000 mAh non-removable battery which can standby for a day usage.


Huawei didn’t confirm whether they’ll bring this handset to global region or not. But we can expect, they’ll not limit this handset to Chinese market, soon Huawei will announce the global availability of Honor 7C.
