OxygenOS 4.1.5 rolling out for OnePlus 3 and 3T

OnePlus brand has released next wave of Oxygen OS update for Oneplus 3 and 3T handsets. It’s a nougat 7.1.1 based update and bump the OxygenOS version to 4.1.5. The new update also weighs in 87MB – 90MB. It will also install the May 2017 security patch in this device. Still more optimizations, new features, bug fixes and more are included in this bundle. The company shared the official change-log on their forums.


Following are the list of enhancements and bug fixes that included in this update.

  • Enable system push notifications to receive important message from Oneplus
  • OnePlus community app will be updated to v1.8
  • Network settings update for selected carriers
  • No WiFi connection icon updated
  • Solved VoLTE bug on some Jio sim card
  • Android Auto connection problem fixed
  • Storage bug on third party file manager apps fixed
  • Optimized battery, proximity sensor, expanded screenshot, camera low light focus and more features
  • System stability improvements

The update is already live in more countries like China, Germany, Canada etc. The company rolling out this firmware in stages via OTA. First it will reach less number of users and then it will expand to more number of users. Connect to wifi or mobile data and check for software update from Settings menu.
