T-Mobile carrier is now rolling out November month security patch for its Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge smartphones. Some users are already begins to receive this patch update in U.S. The galaxy s7 carries the new version G930TUVU4PK1 while the s7 edge brings G935TUVU4APK1. The download file size for galaxy s7 and s7 edge are 82.10MB and 81.96MB. Your device will automatically receive the notification if you have connected to wifi network.
Avoid using mobile data to download the firmware because it may corrupt while downloading the update. Once the update has installed your device android security patch level will be upgraded to November 1, 2016. The carrier will push this update to s7 devices on regular OTA. It may take time to reach your device, if you can’t wait check for manual update from the Settings Menu. Currently the update is now available only for T-Mobile network users. Soon the company will roll out this software update to international models.
On the other news Samsung is going to roll out the android 7.0 beta test for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge (unlocked) handsets via Galaxy Beta Program. Starting from November 9 this beta program will be available to download in UK. The test period will end on mi-December or can be extended by the company.
